What you bring
As our Events Marketing Manager, you will step into a full-time, hybrid role based in the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for leading our events strategy and managing a talented team that delivers high-quality experiences for our community. Your work will involve a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution, ensuring that every event aligns with our broader business goals. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Designing and executing a comprehensive events strategy that balances brand visibility with lead generation.
- Mentoring and leading a team to deliver exceptional physical and virtual events.
- Collaborating across departments to build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure our events resonate with the Salesforce and DevOps communities.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and possesses a strategic mindset. You should have proven experience in delivering B2B event marketing plans, ideally within the SaaS sector. We value individuals who are comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback and who are committed to continuous improvement. It is essential that you are proficient in English and have prior experience in team management. While not strictly required, familiarity with Salesforce and experience working at the intersection of marketing and sales teams will be considered a significant advantage.
