At Highland Electric Fleets, we are dedicated to making the transition to electric school buses and heavy-duty vehicles simple and affordable for districts across North America. Through our electrification-as-a-service model, we handle everything from financing and procurement to infrastructure maintenance. By eliminating the barriers to clean transportation, we help create healthier communities and cleaner air for students. We are currently looking for a Senior Events Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. In this role, you will lead our event strategy, represent our brand to key stakeholders, and help build a community of advocates who support our mission.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive event marketing plans that align with our broader strategy to deliver meaningful brand experiences for customers and partners.
- Oversee all event logistics, including vendor coordination, production of marketing collateral, budget management, and the maintenance of project timelines.
- Lead and mentor a small team while managing our national speaking application program and ensuring consistent brand representation across all live and virtual events.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in an event management capacity.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and demanding deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft applications is required, while experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is considered a plus.
- Proven ability to create detailed production timelines and manage complex event logistics.
