About the role

As an Events Marketing Manager you will be responsible for cross functional collaboration, strategise with the marketing team and sales to leverage events for lead generation. You will also have the responsibility to drive event campaigns from start to finish, and some event management responsibilities. Like organizing attendance at tradeshows, running webinars and internal events. The role will be focussed on EMEA events with some additional responsibilities if required to support US events.

What will you be doing?

• Managing and executing Auctane EMEA presence at industry conferences, events and in-house events
• Good understanding of our industry and products in order to identify and qualify industry events for the sales and partnership team to participate in
• Develop, manage and execute event marketing campaigns for our Auctane brands in line with business objectives
• Project manage multiple events from start to finish, including, venue and vendor sourcing, timelines and budget management, promotion and post event evaluation
• Lead multiple events and webinars from promotion to execution, including all event management aspects and performance tracking 
• Cross functional collaboration with marketing, sales and product team members to ensure alignment with our event strategy and performance
• Create detailed event briefs and post event reports to summaries results and recommendations
• Project managing events onsite to ensure smooth delivery 
• Tracking and measuring event results against KPIs

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in delivering in event management, project managing large scale events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns
• Comprehensive project management skills, able to multitask and manage multiple projects at a time
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional communication skills – including written, interpersonal, and public speaking 
• Ability to meet multiple concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High level of initiative and follow-through 
• Proven track record and rounded knowledge of marketing channels, inclusive of digital marketing, to achieve desired results
• Experience using various marketing channels (e.g. social media, email, blogs, etc.). 
• Proficiency in using marketing tools, CRM systems and analytics platforms to manage campaigns and track performance
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Able to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines, attention to detail, whilst also being flexible to adapt to changing work environment
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative event marketing strategies
