The role
We are seeking a mid-level Events Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role that focuses primarily on our events strategy across the EMEA region, with occasional support for our US-based initiatives. You will be a key player in our marketing department, working cross-functionally to leverage industry events and webinars as powerful tools for lead generation and brand growth.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive event marketing campaigns that align with our broader business objectives and brand strategy.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of events, including venue and vendor sourcing, budget oversight, promotional planning, and onsite project management.
- Collaborate with our sales, product, and marketing teams to identify high-impact industry conferences and webinars, ensuring our presence is optimized for lead generation and performance tracking.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in marketing and event logistics. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following:
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in event management, including large-scale exhibitions and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, analytics platforms, and various digital marketing channels like email and social media.
- Exceptional project management and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills, combined with creative problem-solving abilities.
