We are looking for a Senior Events Manager to join our team at Tools for Humanity on a full-time, on-site basis. Tools for Humanity is a global hardware and software developer that helped launch Worldcoin, an open-source protocol dedicated to expanding access to the global economy for everyone. In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of diverse event workstreams designed to grow our community worldwide. We need a creative, highly organized professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes full ownership of every project from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute multiple event workstreams, including both virtual and in-person experiences, to effectively share our mission across global communities.
- Collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders and partners to ensure all events meet our high creative standards.
- Oversee the entire event lifecycle, ranging from branding and material production to lead generation, communications, partnership management, and post-event reporting.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience in event marketing or a similar capacity.
- Exceptional project management and interpersonal skills, paired with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage event budgets of varying sizes and complexities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while taking extreme ownership of your tasks.
- A willingness to travel internationally for approximately 20 to 45 percent of the year.
