We are looking for a Senior Events Manager to join our team at Tools for Humanity on a full-time, on-site basis. Tools for Humanity is a global hardware and software development company that helped launch Worldcoin, an open-source protocol dedicated to expanding access to the global economy. As a key member of our team, you will own and execute diverse event workstreams designed to grow the Worldcoin community. We need someone who is highly organized, takes extreme ownership of their projects, and enjoys creating innovative experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the full lifecycle of both virtual and in-person events to expand our global reach.
- Collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders and partners to ensure every event meets our high creative standards.
- Handle all aspects of the event process, including branding, material production, lead generation, communications, budget management, and post-event reporting.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of proven experience in event marketing or a similar capacity.
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to travel internationally between 20% and 45% of the time.
- Experience managing varied event budgets and a willingness to work independently.
- Proficiency in project management software is considered a plus, and familiarity with the cryptocurrency industry is beneficial but not required.
