We are Bigblue, a company founded in 2018 that helps independent brands compete in the modern e-commerce landscape. Having raised 18 million dollars and grown to a team of over 110 people, we are currently looking for a Senior Events Manager Intern to join our marketing team in Paris. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our marketing and partnerships teams to organize and host a variety of events, including webinars, dinners, and industry parties, to drive growth and engagement.
- Manage the end-to-end planning process, which includes sourcing venues, negotiating contracts with vendors, and coordinating directly with strategic partners.
- Oversee event budgets and analyze performance data to ensure our initiatives meet specific goals for brand awareness and lead generation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in organizing turnkey events and a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, with Spanish proficiency considered a valuable asset.
- A proactive, independent mindset with the willingness to travel internationally to represent our brand at various functions.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
