What you bring

As our Lead Events Manager, you will be the driving force behind our event strategy. This full-time, remote role requires a master of organization who can handle everything from high-level planning to the smallest logistical details. You will ensure our brand shines at every industry trade show, user acquisition event, and internal gathering. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Managing the full lifecycle of events, including budget creation, vendor coordination, and onsite execution.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to define event objectives and ensure every team member understands their role.
• Analyzing the impact of our events to help us quantify success in lead generation and sales.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience in marketing or event coordination within a corporate setting. We are looking for someone who excels at negotiation, problem-solving, and multitasking. You must be comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and communications. Because this position involves significant travel, you need to be willing to travel at least 60% of the time. We value candidates who remain calm under pressure and maintain a strong customer-service orientation at all times.

What we offer
