What you'll be doing
- You will own and manage multiple event workstreams from start to finish, ensuring that every project is executed at a high creative standard.
- You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and partners to share the Worldcoin vision with communities across the globe.
- You will handle all aspects of the event lifecycle, including branding, material production, lead generation, marketing communications, and post-event reporting.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in event marketing and a proactive approach to project management. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience managing both virtual and in-person events.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex event budgets effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently while taking extreme ownership of your projects.
- Fluency in English and the willingness to travel internationally for 20 to 45 percent of the year.
- A creative mindset that allows you to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What you'll get
