Our team is fully remote, collaborative, and passionate about making device insurance more transparent and accessible for everyone. With the support of investors like Mundi, Fika, and Pear, we are scaling rapidly and looking for someone who shares our drive to join our marketing department.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the end-to-end logistics for both virtual and in-person events, which includes managing booth setups, coordinating travel, and organizing networking opportunities like dinners and happy hours.
- Act as a primary brand ambassador by engaging with attendees, delivering sales pitches, and managing lead hand-offs to ensure our presence at industry conferences drives real growth.
- Collaborate across the organization with our sales, product, and marketing teams to develop promotional content, manage event budgets, and analyze post-event data to refine our strategy.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have 2 to 5 years of experience in event marketing or a similar coordination position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with a high travel schedule, as this role requires being on the road 50 to 75 percent of the time. You should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms like HubSpot to manage leads and marketing automation.
- Graphic design skills using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to create engaging event materials.
- A natural ability to network and build professional relationships in B2B environments.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English and a solid understanding of digital marketing best practices for event promotion.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
