We are moving past outdated manual processes to make income and employment verification seamless. With 30 million dollars in funding from heavy hitters like Kleiner Perkins and NYCA, we are taking on a 2 billion dollar market. Our team is packed with veterans from companies like Apple, Carta, and Venmo, and we want you to help us lead the charge.
Role at a glance
We are looking for a mid-level Events Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere. You will be the primary driver behind our event strategy, handling everything from digital webinars to high-impact in-person gatherings.
Your impact
- Own the entire lifecycle of our event presence, including initial budgeting, venue selection, vendor negotiations, and the final post-event analysis to measure our success.
- Partner closely with our product marketing team to ensure that every event aligns with our broader company goals and showcases our most effective messaging.
- Use your creativity to integrate new technologies into our events, ensuring we generate high-quality leads and leave a lasting impression on our audience.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be a self-starter who is comfortable working with minimal oversight. We are looking for someone who brings the following to the table:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in event management, with a specific focus on marketing to senior-level audiences.
- A strong background in managing executive speakers and handling complex vendor contracts.
- Proficiency with HubSpot and various webinar or event software platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
- The ability to travel domestically up to 50 percent of the time, including occasional work on evenings and weekends.
