We are looking for a passionate professional to join our team and help us expand our reach through impactful, innovative events.
What you bring
As a Senior Events Manager, you will take full ownership of our event workstreams to grow the Worldcoin community. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the United States. You will be responsible for managing complex projects and executing high-standard experiences that resonate with our global audience. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Leading the end-to-end execution of both virtual and in-person events, from initial concept to final reporting.
- Managing event budgets and overseeing the production of branding and marketing materials.
- Building and maintaining strategic partnerships while driving lead generation through effective communications.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with at least four years of experience in event marketing who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, independent environment. You should possess strong project management and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to travel internationally for up to 45 percent of the year. Meticulous attention to detail and a willingness to handle all aspects of the event process, including reporting and production, are essential. While not required, familiarity with the cryptocurrency industry and project management software will certainly help you succeed in this role.
What we offer
