We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Events Coordinator for a 6-month maternity cover contract.

What you bring

As a junior member of our UK marketing team, you will play a vital role in supporting our business units through event coordination and tactical campaign execution. This is an on-site position based in the United Kingdom where you will help us drive sales revenue and maintain brand consistency across all our marketing initiatives. Your core responsibilities will include the following:

• Planning and executing a variety of online and physical events, such as tradeshows, seminars, and webinars, while managing budgets and vendor relationships.
• Collaborating with our digital team to update web content and manage marketing data within our CRM systems to ensure high-quality campaign execution.
• Assisting with research projects and preparing detailed reports to keep our stakeholders informed about our activity and overall success.

Requirements

We are looking for a self-sufficient professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should possess strong project management capabilities and a keen eye for detail, allowing you to multitask effectively while working on your own initiative.
