What you bring
As our Senior Events and Community Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of our event strategy and execution while reporting directly to our Director of Demand Generation. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates located in various states across the U.S. You will be instrumental in positioning our brand and executives as industry experts while driving meaningful engagement with our target accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Streamlining event operations and workflows to improve execution speed and overall impact.
- Managing the full lifecycle of events, including project management in Asana, vendor negotiations, and cross-functional coordination with our Sales, Product, and Design teams.
- Executing comprehensive marketing campaigns using HubSpot and Salesforce to drive registrations, manage automation workflows, and ensure a seamless lead handoff process.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with at least five years of marketing experience, including a minimum of two years specifically focused on event management. You should have a proven track record of coordinating logistics for diverse event types, ranging from large conference sponsorships to intimate roundtables and webinars. Proficiency with our core tech stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, and Figma, is essential for your success in this role. We value candidates who possess strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage budgets while negotiating effectively with vendors. Because we operate in the healthcare and B2B space, familiarity with these industries is a significant plus. Most importantly, you should be a calm, decisive leader who is genuinely passionate about fostering community and building brand loyalty.
