The role
We are looking for a mid-level Event Specialist to join our EMEA Marketing team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United Kingdom. In this position, you will work closely with our Product Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to execute field marketing programs that directly support our regional go-to-market efforts and global strategy. We need a collaborative professional who excels at managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
Core responsibilities
- Coordinate with Sales and Product teams to ensure our regional event plans and marketing campaigns are perfectly aligned with our broader business priorities and global strategy.
- Manage the full lifecycle of field marketing events, including trade shows, roadshows, webinars, and custom thought leadership programs, from initial logistics and travel planning to post-event lead nurturing.
- Analyze the success of our initiatives by working with Operations to track metrics, manage budgets, and ensure our event strategy delivers a strong return on investment.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Three to five years of professional experience in event management, field marketing, or sales enablement, ideally within the financial services or technology sectors.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, registration platforms, and other event technologies designed to streamline operations and improve the attendee experience.
- A solid understanding of digital marketing, including email campaigns and social media strategy.
- Experience collaborating with external agencies and designers to create high-impact event exhibits and experiential branding.
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- A results-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
