Dorsia is looking for a talented Event Producer to join our team in a full-time capacity. We are a product and marketing-led organization dedicated to connecting artists, chefs, diners, and members through a sophisticated platform. Our mission is to build tech-forward solutions that simplify the dining experience, and we are currently seeking someone to help us craft high-touch, unique events that elevate our brand and drive reservation growth. This role is based on-site at our Miami office, where you will play a central role in bringing our brand vision to life.
Key outcomes
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end production process for all Dorsia events, including our own activations, sponsored events, and larger marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive event budgets that align with our broader marketing financial goals.
- Create and manage detailed project trackers and event calendars, ensuring seamless collaboration across all internal departments.
- Source and negotiate vendor contracts while maintaining strong relationships to ensure high-quality delivery before, during, and after each event.
- Define clear event objectives and work with cross-functional teams to track key performance metrics, such as lead generation and promotional effectiveness.
- Provide regular updates and reports regarding project status and vendor performance to stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in event production, specifically within the luxury sector, either on the agency or client side.
- Proven ability to manage the entire event lifecycle, including P&L management, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
- A demonstrated history of developing creative concepts for brand-specific activations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate unexpected challenges with composure to ensure flawless execution.
- A deep interest in current trends across hospitality, travel, fashion, and pop culture.
- Fluency in English.
- The physical ability to lift 30 lbs.
