Are you ready to help shape the future of personal aviation? At Pivotal, we are leading the way in the electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing aircraft market. We design and manufacture light eVTOL aircraft, including the BlackFly, which was the first of its kind to complete manned missions and reach the consumer market. With our next-generation Helix aircraft preparing for production in 2025, we are at a pivotal moment in the mobility industry. We invite you to join our dedicated team and grow alongside us as we push the boundaries of flight.
What you bring
We are looking for a Senior Event Operations Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. This role is essential to our marketing efforts, as you will be the face of our company at various airshows and private events. You will lean on your expertise in marketing, systems, operations, and organizational strategy to ensure every event runs smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end logistics of packing, transporting, and setting up aircraft and marketing equipment at diverse event venues.
- Collaborating closely with our flight operations and maintenance teams to ensure all equipment is ready for display and remains in peak condition.
- Engaging directly with customers at events to share your passion for our technology and help them understand the unique value of our aircraft.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in mechanical systems and hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance. We are looking for someone who is comfortable driving trucks and pulling cargo trailers, as travel is a core component of this position. You must possess excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We require a valid driver’s license with a clean record and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel for up to a week at a time. Ideal candidates are organized, accountable, and deeply passionate about aviation technology. Proficiency in English is required, and while not mandatory, experience with aviation ground handling or holding an A&P certificate would be a significant advantage.
What we offer
We are committed to supporting our employees through a comprehensive benefits package designed to provide security and peace of mind. Our team members enjoy the following perks:
- Medical insurance
- Dental insurance
- Vision insurance
- 401k retirement plan
