The opportunity
We are searching for an Event Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote role perfect for someone early in their career who is eager to dive into the world of B2B event management. You will play a vital part in bringing our brand to life through conferences, customer engagement programs, and internal gatherings. By working closely with our marketing and sales departments, you will gain hands-on experience in the logistics and strategy that make successful events happen.
A day in the life
- You will take an active role in the end-to-end planning and execution of various virtual and in-person events, ensuring every detail aligns with our goals.
- You will act as a key point of contact for external vendors, including venues and production companies, while keeping our internal teams informed through clear and timely event briefings.
- You will help maintain the financial health of our events by tracking expenses, managing receipts, and assisting with budget reconciliation.
Who you are
You are a proactive communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments where creativity and organization are paramount. We are looking for someone who brings the following to our team:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Approximately 1 to 2 years of professional experience or relevant internships in event planning or marketing.
- Strong technical comfort with G Suite and Canva, with bonus points if you have experience using HubSpot.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to build strong relationships with both colleagues and external partners.
- Fluency in English and a sharp eye for detail.
