About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Event Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for field marketing within your region, working in close collaboration with our local sales teams. You will be responsible for planning and executing regional marketing programs, managing events, and driving lead generation initiatives to support our sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted regional marketing plans, including trade shows, digital campaigns, and industry events, to build our sales pipeline and accelerate opportunities.
- Manage vendor relationships to implement promotional activities and oversee the production of high-quality marketing materials.
- Monitor the performance of field marketing programs through regular reporting, tracking success against demand generation goals, and managing regional marketing budgets.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing or go-to-market organizations, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
- A proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and events in the DACH region, the United Kingdom, or the U.S.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Practical experience using Salesforce to track and analyze marketing data.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with German language proficiency considered a significant advantage.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset and a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business.
Location
This position is based in Germany and follows a hybrid work model.
