Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Event Marketing Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Germany, where you will act as the primary point of contact for regional field marketing. You will collaborate closely with our local sales teams to develop and implement high-impact marketing programs that generate opportunities and elevate our brand presence.

Your impact

• Develop and execute targeted regional marketing plans, including trade shows, industry events, and digital campaigns, to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Manage end-to-end vendor relationships and coordinate the production of marketing materials to ensure every campaign is executed flawlessly.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the success of field marketing programs against key demand generation objectives to ensure we are constantly optimizing our approach.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing or go-to-market organizations, ideally within the tech or SaaS sector.
• Proven success in executing marketing campaigns and events, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Practical experience using Salesforce to track data and extract actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, with German language proficiency considered a significant plus.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
