What you bring
We are seeking a Junior Event Marketing Manager to join our Demand Generation team on a full-time, remote basis. You will report to the Head of Events and play a vital role in executing our event strategy, including sponsorships, developer-focused gatherings, and our annual API Summit. This position is open to candidates located anywhere.
- Manage end-to-end logistics for both large and small-scale sponsored events, including booth coordination, staffing, and shipping.
- Support the planning and execution of our annual API Summit, with a focus on vendor management and sponsorship coordination.
- Develop and implement strategies for post-event communications while collaborating with our field teams to ensure they are prepared to pitch our solutions effectively.
Requirements
The ideal candidate possesses 1 to 3 years of experience in event management, preferably within the tech industry. You should have a strong desire to learn our technical products so you can confidently engage with industry professionals. We value candidates who have excellent communication skills, the ability to write compelling copy, and the organizational capacity to manage multiple projects while adhering to strict budgets. Proficiency with tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and the Google G-Suite is essential. You must also be comfortable with the requirement to travel internationally up to 30 percent of the time. What we offer
