As we expand our event marketing efforts, we are seeking an Event Marketing Intern to support our growing calendar of industry conferences, trade shows, and partner events.
Role Overview:
Brevium is seeking a motivated Event Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. The Event Marketing Intern will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing Brevium’s presence at various industry events. This internship is ideal for someone interested in event marketing, healthcare technology, and gaining real-world experience in a fast-growing company.
Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing Brevium’s participation in trade shows, conferences, and partner events.

Coordinate event booth shipments, promotional materials, and on-site logistics.

Help develop event marketing collateral, email campaigns, and social media promotions.

Track and organize event leads, ensuring smooth follow-up processes with the sales team.

Liaise with event organizers, printing vendors, and suppliers for timely execution.

Potential opportunity to travel and assist with on-site event execution, setup, and networking.

Gather event performance data, assist in reporting, and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:

Current college student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with social media, email marketing, or CRM tools is a plus.

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Interest in healthcare technology and B2B marketing is a bonus.
