Brevium is the industry leader in patient reactivation software, providing patented technology that helps specialty medical practices reconnect with patients to ensure they receive essential care. We are looking for a motivated Event Marketing Intern to join our team and help us expand our presence at key industry conferences, trade shows, and partner events.

Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of our company presence at various industry trade shows and conferences.
Manage the logistics for event booths, including coordinating shipments and organizing promotional materials.
Create marketing collateral and assist with the development of email campaigns and social media promotions.
Organize event leads and facilitate smooth communication with our sales team for follow-up.
Communicate with vendors, event organizers, and suppliers to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Collect and analyze performance data from events to help us improve future strategies.
Take advantage of potential opportunities to travel for on-site event setup and professional networking.

Must-haves

Current enrollment as a college student or recent graduate in a field such as Marketing, Communications, Business, or Event Management.
Strong ability to multitask and stay organized with a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

Previous experience working with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, or social media management.
A genuine interest in B2B marketing and the healthcare technology sector.

Benefits

The compensation for this role is between 37440 USD and 45760 USD per year.
