What you bring

We are looking for an experienced Event Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will be responsible for shaping our brand presence through strategic event planning and execution across a wide range of locations, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and many countries throughout Europe. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Designing and executing comprehensive event strategies that align with our broader sales and marketing goals.
• Managing the end-to-end logistics for diverse events, such as trade shows, conferences, and private dinners, while maintaining strict budget oversight.
• Partnering with our sales and executive teams to ensure that every event effectively drives brand awareness and lead generation.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have at least two years of experience managing events, ideally within the SaaS or ecommerce sectors. You must be a master of project management with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure. We value candidates who possess exceptional communication skills and a high level of attention to detail. Fluency in English is required, and you should be comfortable with the flexibility needed to travel or work outside of standard hours when event schedules demand it. If you have a portfolio showcasing your past event successes, we would love to see it.
