Role at a glance
We are seeking a Junior Event Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This role is perfect for someone looking to build a strong foundation in event planning and experiential design, particularly within the government technology sector. You will be able to work from anywhere, provided you are comfortable with 20 to 30 percent travel.
Your impact
- Take full ownership of event logistics, including managing exhibit booths, coordinating vendor relationships, and planning dinners or happy hours.
- Develop and oversee event budgets to ensure we deliver high-quality experiences that remain cost-effective.
- Partner with our marketing team to promote events, manage registration lists, and analyze post-event data to drive future improvements.
What you'll need
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for the B2G space and a knack for solving problems before they arise. You should possess:
- One to three years of experience in event coordination, ideally in a B2B or Govtech environment.
- Exceptional project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a proactive approach to innovation.
- Fluency in English.
