We are looking for an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team and bring the Updater brand to life at conferences, trade shows, and client gatherings. Updater simplifies the relocation process for millions of households annually, and we partner with thousands of real estate companies to provide a seamless moving experience. Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of B2B trade shows, conferences, and regional client events.
- Coordinate logistics, including booth setup, teardown, shipping, and inventory management for promotional materials.
- Develop creative concepts for giveaways and brand collaborations to ensure our presence stands out.
- Prepare internal teams for events by providing clear guidance on messaging, travel, and schedules.
- Oversee pre-event marketing efforts, such as social media posts and email campaigns.
- Handle lead capture and follow-up processes to ensure our Sales and Client Success teams can engage prospects effectively.
- Maintain our event playbook, manage budgets, and track performance metrics to optimize future initiatives.
- Travel regularly to provide on-site support and ensure professional, high-quality event execution.
Must-haves
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination, specifically within a B2B context.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems and project management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- A creative mindset for problem-solving and developing innovative brand promotions.
- The ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and vendor relationships simultaneously.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel for on-site event support.
- Fluency in English.
