As we continue to grow our team of over 100 professionals in the Bay Area, we are looking for a creative and driven Event and Field Marketing Manager to join us on-site in Palo Alto.
What you'll be doing
- You will lead our entire event and trade show strategy, which includes identifying key industry gatherings, training our internal teams, and managing all communication before and after each event.
- You will partner closely with our sales and marketing departments to drive customer acquisition through field events and Customer Advisory Boards, while managing the day-to-day KPIs and reporting needed to maximize our pipeline generation.
- You will handle the full lifecycle of event execution, from negotiating contracts and managing logistics to creating targeted marketing campaigns and analyzing the final ROI based on revenue and lead metrics.
What you'll bring
- You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B event marketing, specifically with major industry events and analyst summits.
- You are highly proficient with essential marketing and productivity tools, including SFDC, Marketo, Google Analytics, WordPress, G Suite, and Office 365.
- You possess excellent project management and communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate value propositions and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You are prepared to work from our Palo Alto office five days a week and are comfortable with domestic and international travel for 25 to 50 percent of your time.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Marketing, Business, or Communications.
