The role
We are seeking a Junior Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our expanding sales team on a full-time, remote basis. This position is perfect for someone looking to sharpen their consultative selling skills while directly influencing our sales process. You will play a vital role in engaging top-tier ecommerce and retail brands, helping them identify growth opportunities and transition into high-value subscription models. Core responsibilities
- Identify, source, and engage with enterprise-level accounts that fit our ideal customer profile by collaborating closely with our marketing and sales teams.
- Execute personalized, multi-channel outreach strategies, including cold calls, emails, social media, and events, to move target accounts from initial contact to qualified opportunities.
- Utilize industry-standard tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Navigator, and Apollo to conduct deep prospect research and maintain an accurate, clean pipeline.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in a B2B prospecting or cold outreach role.
- Proficiency with modern sales platforms like Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Navigator, and Apollo.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to navigate complex conversations and handle objections with composure.
- A consultative mindset, characterized by curiosity and the ability to ask thoughtful questions that establish long-term professional relationships.
- A results-oriented approach, thrive in ambiguous startup environments, and a desire to own your success.
- Bonus points if you have experience with Account-Based Marketing or have worked within a fast-growing SaaS startup.
Compensation and benefits
We believe in transparency and equitable pay. The total compensation range for this position, including base salary and monthly bonuses, is $80,000 to $105,000. In addition to competitive pay, you will enjoy:
