Engineering Product Manager, Spatial AI & Data at Aifi

We are now expanding our Spatial AI platform to unlock new capabilities in perception, mapping, and real-time decision-making.

The role

We are hiring a senior Engineering Product Manager to own the direction and delivery of our Spatial AI and data capabilities. This is a full-time, remote position for an experienced product leader who thrives at the intersection of advanced computer vision, data systems, and cross-functional execution.

Core responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product roadmap for our Spatial AI platform, translating business goals and market signals into clear technical requirements and prioritized engineering work.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration, establishing measurable KPIs that track platform performance, scalability, and customer impact.
• Guide development teams using Agile, Kanban, and Scrum practices, running sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog management while serving as the primary Product Owner.

Skills and experience

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. You will bring several years of technical product management experience building AI-driven platforms, ideally with exposure to Spatial AI or vision technologies, and a track record of working in Agile, Kanban, or Scrum environments. Strong leadership, communication, and project-management abilities are essential, along with fluency in Jira and similar workflow tools. Experience with data analysis, SQL, or Python is valued, as is prior work in robotics or similarly complex technical domains.
