Engineering Manager at Attentive

Our engineering department is a vibrant community of over 200 professionals who prioritize product innovation and data-driven decision-making. We are currently looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our product engineering team in a hybrid capacity within the United States. In this role, you will lead the development of cutting-edge, customer-facing tools while collaborating with our generative AI, machine learning, and data platform teams to shape the future of customer communication.

Requirements

• Significant experience building user-facing software in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand the full software development stack.
• Proven track record of managing and coaching at least three direct reports toward professional growth.
• A deep commitment to software quality, specifically in building reliable, high-uptime systems.
• Expertise in translating complex business requirements into well-defined projects through hands-on solution design and execution.
• Excellent collaborative skills with a focus on aligning technical strategy with broader business goals.
• Strong analytical curiosity and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Fluency in English.

Compensation

The annual base salary for this full-time position ranges from $192,000 to $270,000. In addition to the base salary, you will receive equity compensation and comprehensive medical insurance. We also support a hybrid work model to help you balance your professional and personal life.
