What you bring

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is remote and open to candidates located anywhere. You will be at the heart of our technical operations, focusing on AI, security, and project management to ensure our software remains at the cutting edge. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing engineering team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Overseeing the entire lifecycle of engineering projects, from initial planning and resource allocation to final delivery.
• Providing technical leadership by collaborating with product managers to translate business needs into robust, innovative solutions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and at least five years of experience in engineering management or a similar leadership capacity. We require a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. You must be fluent in both English and Portuguese to communicate effectively across our global team. We value candidates who demonstrate exceptional critical thinking, a proactive approach to risk management, and a deep commitment to team development. While not strictly required, familiarity with cybersecurity principles is a significant advantage.
