What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere. In this role, you will lead our engineering efforts, foster a strong technical culture, and help us scale our impact as we continue to grow.

What will you do?

• You will manage the end-to-end delivery of our software, overseeing sprints, stand-ups, and project timelines to ensure we ship high-quality products on schedule.
• You will act as a vital bridge between our engineering, product, and business teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment and clear communication across the organization.
• You will actively support the growth, mentorship, and happiness of your team members, helping them develop their skills and reach their full potential.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in building SaaS B2B products and a passion for leadership. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Between 12 and 15 years of professional experience, with at least 2 to 4 years specifically in a management capacity.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or Golang.
• A solid grasp of the modern data stack, with specific experience in data management, data governance, or data cataloging being a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review architecture, design, and code to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
• Excellent communication skills to manage distributed teams and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.
