What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Talent Sourcer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere. In this role, you will focus on our Go-To-Market (GTM) functions, playing a vital part in scaling our operations and attracting exceptional individuals who align with our vision for the future of data science and analytics.

What will you do?

• Identify and engage with top-tier talent specifically for our GTM team.
• Collaborate closely with our recruitment team to refine and execute our talent acquisition strategy.
• Partner with hiring managers using a consultative approach to pinpoint and secure the best candidates for our unique needs.

What makes you a great fit?

You should have extensive experience in sourcing, whether in-house or at an agency, with a deep understanding of the GTM landscape including sales, marketing, and business development. We are looking for someone who brings the following skills and qualities:

• Strong expertise in sourcing within sectors like data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, and cloud computing.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing platforms.
• A proven track record of filling pipelines with qualified candidates while prioritizing diversity and inclusivity.
• A highly collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong partnerships with recruitment and hiring managers.
• Fluency in English.
