What you bring

We are seeking a Mid-Level Engineering Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This role is entirely remote and open to candidates located anywhere. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our platform through Engineering, AI, and Software Engineering initiatives while fostering a culture of collaboration and team management. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading our Productivity Squad to develop innovative AI technologies and collaboration features that directly enhance the daily workflows of our customers.
• Managing and mentoring a team of engineers, supporting their professional growth while ensuring high performance and a collaborative team environment.
• Partnering with product managers to drive user experience improvements and integrate advanced AI capabilities, such as intelligent transcript analysis, into our SaaS platform.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical foundation in software engineering, ideally within a SaaS environment, and has at least two years of experience in a management role. You should be comfortable evaluating technical feasibility and providing strategic guidance to help your team navigate complex problem spaces. We value an entrepreneurial mindset, as you will be instrumental in establishing foundational practices as we scale. Proficiency in English is required, along with excellent interpersonal skills to influence decision-making and collaborate across departments. While experience with AI technologies is highly beneficial, we are ultimately looking for a teammate with grit, curiosity, and a bias for action who is excited to tackle the challenges of a growing startup.

What we offer
