The opportunity

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Marketing Platform team. In this role, you will oversee a group of talented engineers building the services, applications, and cloud infrastructure that drive our product portfolio. You will act as a bridge between engineering and product leadership, fostering a culture of quality, reliability, and iterative development. Whether you are working on microservices or mobile applications, your goal is to ensure our technical roadmap aligns perfectly with our business opportunities while empowering your team to deliver their absolute best work.

A day in the life

• Provide dedicated support to your team through regular one-on-one meetings, performance coaching, and active career development conversations.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to define priorities, evaluate new technology solutions, and ensure our technical standards remain high.
• Participate in architectural design sessions and coordinate with other engineering managers to maintain a consistent, high-quality approach across our entire suite of applications.

Who you are

You are a leader who cares deeply about people and helping them reach their full potential. You bring a blend of technical expertise and management experience, and you are comfortable jumping into the code when necessary to provide guidance. Your background includes:

• At least 6 years of experience as an individual contributor in an engineering role, plus 2 or more years of experience leading high-performing teams.
• Proven experience collaborating with marketing operations or CRM teams and working with marketing platform tooling.
• Familiarity with modern technologies such as PHP, Kotlin, Scala, Python, Java, Node.js, React, or MySQL.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex engineering topics to both technical and non-technical partners.
• A growth mindset and a passion for mentoring others, combined with a track record of delivering high-quality software on time.
