We are looking for mission-driven individuals to join us as we continue to scale and redefine how people interact with their finances.
The role
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join our Growth pillar on a full-time basis. This is a management-level position where you will lead cross-functional product squads focused on the AARRR framework, which covers acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue. You will be responsible for the technical delivery of the pillar while ensuring the professional development and well-being of your engineering reports. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while maintaining a collaborative environment.
Core responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, including junior, senior, and lead roles, to ensure they are empowered to deliver high-impact work.
- Drive technical strategy and roadmap development by participating in design sessions, reviewing technical proposals, and optimizing engineering processes.
- Partner closely with product, data, and experience teams to build high-performing, cross-functional squads that effectively contribute to our company mission.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should be a people-first leader who understands how to foster a culture of technical excellence. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in people management and technical leadership, with a background as a hands-on software developer.
- Strong expertise in software architecture and organizational design, with a focus on debugging processes to improve team output.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- A commitment to a learning and growth mindset, helping team members experiment and evolve through their experiences.
- Experience working within fintech or AI-driven environments is highly valued.
Compensation and benefits
We offer a salary of 134,000 USD. In addition to competitive pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, growth, and work-life balance:
- Equity compensation to ensure you share in our success.
- Hybrid work model that prioritizes flexibility and autonomy.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and life insurance plans.
- A 401k retirement savings program.
- Generous paid time off to recharge.
- Dedicated support for professional development.
- Flexible hours to help you manage your personal and professional commitments.

If you are passionate about financial well-being and ready to lead high-performing engineering teams, we would love to hear from you.
