What you'll be doing

• Define and drive the technical roadmap for AI features in our core CRM product, guiding projects from initial idea through production deployment, model monitoring, and ongoing evaluation so the work delivers clear value to our customers.
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives while advancing our microservices architecture to keep services agile, isolated, and language-flexible across Ruby and Python codebases.
• Coach, mentor, and grow a high-performing team, identify hiring needs, and contribute directly to building features so you stay close to both the technology and the people delivering it.

What you'll bring

You bring at least eight years of software engineering experience building scalable, data-heavy applications in cloud environments, along with three or more years of formal engineering management experience. You have shipped machine-learning products into production and have worked with complex SaaS platforms. You are skilled at setting and managing a technical roadmap, improving platform performance and reliability, and translating technical vision into delivered work. Strong communication skills help you collaborate across engineering, product, and design teams, and you have a track record of mentoring engineers and supporting their career growth. Experience with Databricks, the AWS ecosystem, LLM techniques, Ruby, React, or PostgreSQL is helpful but not required. You are fluent in English and excited to work fully remotely.

What you'll get

We offer a base salary range of $142,300 to $215,000 CAD.
