If you are eager to help us electrify the next generation of SUVs and trucks while respecting both our environment and our communities, we would love to have you on our team.
What you bring
As a Senior High Voltage Hardware Engineer, you will take on a full-time role based on-site in the United States. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of energy systems that power our vehicles. Your work will be central to our engineering and design efforts, requiring constant collaboration across various departments to ensure our hardware is both innovative and reliable. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the prototyping and testing phases to validate system performance and safety.
- Ensuring all hardware designs meet rigorous industry safety standards and compliance regulations.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, though a Master’s degree is preferred. We require at least 5 years of professional experience in high voltage hardware design, ideally within the renewable energy or electric vehicle sectors. You must be proficient in circuit simulation tools and have hands-on experience with prototyping. Fluency in English is required, and you should be a natural problem-solver who communicates effectively with cross-functional teams.
What we offer
We provide a base salary range of $130,000 to $145,000 for this position. Beyond compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your long-term wellbeing and professional growth as we build this company from the ground up.

- Generous paid time off, including planned and unplanned leave, plus company holidays.
- Paid parental leave and support for various life circumstances like bereavement and jury duty.
