The role
We are seeking a mid-level Engagement Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this position, you will be instrumental in shaping our marketing strategy to reach two distinct audiences: HR and benefits leaders at our partner organizations, and the employees who rely on our network for their healthcare needs. We are looking for someone who thrives in a high-growth startup environment and is ready to take ownership of campaigns that drive real-world impact.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive engagement marketing programs designed to increase member growth and utilization.
- Collaborate closely with our Client Success team to build strong relationships with HR leaders, pitching strategic initiatives that demonstrate the long-term value of our platform.
- Analyze program performance and report key insights to internal stakeholders while building a library of customer case studies to support our enterprise growth.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in marketing strategy and a passion for creative problem-solving. We value candidates who have a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced setting.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, specifically with a focus on B2B2C or B2C communications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights for large-scale clients.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to pitch innovative ideas to diverse audiences.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across departments like Sales, Product, and Operations.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Compensation and benefits
