Encore Vet Group, a leading network with 56 unique and thriving veterinary locations, is seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Employment Branding Specialist to join our team. 🩺 Practice Recruitment Marketing:
• You love to CREATE MAGIC every day and make the ordinary...EXTRAORDINARY
• You love collaborating and learning from others to celebrate their uniqueness, culture, values, and differentiators.
• Cross-functional teams and over-communicating?? That’s your strong suit! Our Leadership Success Coaches and Talent Acquisition Teams are great to work with to craft solutions that align with business needs.
• You are obsessed with Canva and creating engaging content (graphics, flyers, videos, the works!) that wow our practices and job candidates.
• You are passionate about recruiting and enjoy creating and populating LinkedIn company pages.
• You hate useless data and thrive on data that measures the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to let you adjust strategies as needed.
• You have outstanding interpersonal skills and love meeting new people at recruiting events to assist Talent Acquisition with branded marketing materials and generate content on-site.
🎨 Graphic Design & Branding:
• You know that an employer brand affects the whole brand so collaborating with our practice marketing team is top of mind to you.
• You’ll assist with designing visual assets for print and digital platforms including websites, social media channels, email campaigns, banners, advertisements, and presentations.
• You love to pitch in and share your graphic design and branding skills wherever needed.
📚Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on recruitment marketing preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, and reel creation, including social media, job boards, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Must love animals and the people that care for them 😉
• Candidates local to the Saratoga Springs, NY area are preferred but we won't let that stop us from getting the right person 🤗
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds.
• Able to travel 25% of the time.
