About the Role - We are looking for a creative and strategic Employer Branding Specialist to join our team and help us build a strong, authentic and engaging employer brand. In this role you will be responsible for showcasing our company culture, values and employee experience to attract top talents.

What you will do

Create and share content that shows what it’s like to work at our company ( employee stories, videos, posters, photos, etc)

Manage our employer branding activities on social media and job platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc)

Support hiring campaigns and help attract top talent through recruitment marketing

Organize or support talent related events (job fairs, webinars, university visit, etc)

Help improve how current and future employees see and experience our brand

Track the success of branding efforts through data analysis and feedback

What will you need

Experience in employer branding, marketing, communications or related field

Strong writing and storytelling skills

Creative mindset with an eye for design, photography or video content

Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Glassdoor

A strong sense of curiosity and creativity to problem solve, deep understanding of recruitment marketing and talent attraction drivers

Ability to work with different teams (HR, Corporate Affairs, Public Policy and Government ,etc)

Passion for company culture and employee experience
