We are searching for a creative and strategic Employer Branding Specialist to join our team in Indonesia. Our goal is to build an authentic and engaging brand that resonates with potential candidates. In this role, you will play a vital part in showcasing our company culture, values, and the unique experiences of our employees to attract the best talent in the market.
You will be working alongside a vibrant group of four creative individuals who specialize in talent acquisition, design, and marketing. Our team is energetic and innovative, and we pride ourselves on being a group that loves to experiment, tackle new challenges, and learn from one another. Key outcomes
- Develop and distribute content that highlights our workplace culture, including employee stories, videos, photos, and visual assets.
- Oversee our employer branding presence across various social media channels and recruitment platforms, such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Assist in recruitment marketing efforts to support hiring campaigns and draw in high-quality talent.
- Coordinate and participate in talent-focused events, including job fairs, university visits, and webinars.
- Enhance the overall perception and experience of our brand for both current staff and future applicants.
- Monitor the effectiveness of our branding initiatives by analyzing data and gathering feedback.
Requirements
- Professional experience in employer branding, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Excellent writing abilities and a talent for compelling storytelling.
- A creative mindset with a strong eye for design, photography, or video production.
- Practical knowledge of social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Glassdoor.
- A deep understanding of recruitment marketing strategies and what drives talent attraction.
- The ability to collaborate effectively across different departments, including HR, Corporate Affairs, and Public Policy.
- A genuine passion for fostering a positive company culture and improving the employee experience.
- Fluency in English.
