About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Employee Communications Manager to join us on a full-time basis. In this role, you will own our end-to-end channel strategy and internal editorial roadmap. You will partner with teams across the organization to support critical announcements while managing our internal-facing channels. As we scale, you will be instrumental in developing the infrastructure and processes that keep our team connected, informed, and aligned.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the internal channel strategy and the editorial roadmap for all employee communications.
- Oversee key internal platforms and initiatives, including our corporate newsletter, the Intranet, internal speaker series, and event content, while also managing internal crisis communications.
- Create scalable processes, playbooks, and documentation to support our communications strategy and ensure we operate efficiently as the company grows.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 6 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
- Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to lead multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish while managing tight deadlines.
- Proven experience collaborating effectively with Marketing and Design teams.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
Location
This position is based in the United States and is an on-site role.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $116,000 to $164,000. Please note that total compensation also includes Amazon Restricted Stock Units and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights, and a sign-on bonus may be offered. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
