EMEA Content & Campaigns Manager at Asana

We are looking for a visionary professional to join our Revenue Marketing team in Paris. At Asana, we help teams across the globe orchestrate their work, ranging from day-to-day projects to major strategic initiatives. Our marketing department is dedicated to fueling business growth and building a brand that our customers truly love. By joining us, you will play a key role in scaling our campaigns and content from our headquarters to drive significant impact across the EMEA region. This position follows an office-centric hybrid schedule, with expectations to be in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with our global content and campaign teams to identify and adapt assets that align with our specific go-to-market priorities in EMEA.
• Partner with local field marketing and product marketing teams to tailor global themes and messaging for the unique needs of the EMEA market.
• Manage the end-to-end localization process, including briefing assets and paid media advertisements, while overseeing reviews to ensure high-quality output.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in marketing and project management. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience managing integrated campaigns from start to finish.
• Fluency in English, French, and German, as this is preferred for our regional operations.
• A deep understanding of the EMEA market and the complexities of scaling content from North America into these regions.
• Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams with high emotional intelligence.
• Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Tableau, and Marketo is considered a significant plus.

What you'll get
