What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Email Marketing Strategist to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. This is a senior-level position designed for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and wants to take ownership of our multi-channel content strategies. You will play a key role in shaping how we communicate our value proposition to healthcare leaders, working closely with our design and digital teams to drive engagement and lead generation.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute comprehensive, email-centric content strategies that resonate with senior-level decision makers in the healthcare industry.
- Own the reporting and performance analysis of your campaigns, providing expert recommendations for A/B testing, strategic targeting, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with our sales and digital teams to create and manage multi-channel nurture campaigns that support the full customer journey.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have 4 to 5 years of experience in content marketing, specifically with email campaigns in a B2B environment. We are looking for someone who is comfortable using data to inform their strategy and has a strong grasp of the following:
- Marketing Automation: Proficiency in platforms like Pardot is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: A solid understanding of SEO, SEM, content management systems, and market research methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt your tone and voice to match our brand identity.
- Collaboration: The ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to identify content gaps and deliver high-quality messaging.
You must be fluent in English to effectively manage our communications across our target markets.
