By offering direct flights through private terminals, we provide our guests with the comfort and ease of private travel. We are currently searching for a Senior Email Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This role is perfect for a strategic professional who wants to take ownership of our email programs and help us connect with our travelers in meaningful ways.
Responsibilities
- Design and build responsive email templates using HTML and CSS to ensure every message reflects our brand identity.
- Manage and refine automated email journeys that nurture potential guests and encourage repeat bookings.
- Oversee list segmentation, conduct A/B testing, and analyze performance data to continuously improve our engagement and revenue goals.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in direct-to-consumer email marketing, ideally within the luxury travel or hospitality sectors.
- Technical proficiency in CRM platforms and the ability to code emails using HTML and CSS.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of using data to drive decision-making and campaign optimization.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage complex projects and collaborate effectively across development and guest-facing teams.
- A deep passion for delivering high-touch, personalized experiences in the travel industry.
