What is this role?

We are seeking a Mid-Level Email Marketing Specialist to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking full ownership of the email campaign lifecycle. You will be responsible for everything from the initial concept to final deployment, ensuring our communications effectively reach our customers and prospects. Please note that you will need to report to our Baltimore headquarters for onboarding, training, and periodic company activities.

What will you do?

• Manage the end-to-end email campaign process, including setup, list hygiene, quality assurance, scheduling, and deployment of various content types.
• Execute marketing automation, drip programs, and the creation of landing pages and forms to support our lead generation efforts.
• Maintain and segment our contact database to ensure highly targeted communication for strategic audiences, including channel partners and integrators.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience with the Salesforce and Pardot suite. We are looking for a self-starter who possesses the following qualifications:

• An advanced understanding of the Salesforce and Pardot Object Relationship Model.
• Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS for building and editing templates.
• Excellent copywriting skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• Knowledge of global email regulations like CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and CCPA.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
