About the Role
This is a Senior Email Marketing Specialist position offered on a Full Time basis. In this role, you will be the primary lead for all marketing initiatives related to our upcoming event. You will be responsible for everything from initial awareness campaigns to securing participant bookings, ensuring that our event is not only well-attended but also highly engaging for everyone involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy that utilizes digital platforms, social media, and email campaigns to generate excitement and drive event attendance.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for event participants, including creating incentive programs and overseeing registration workflows to ensure a smooth experience.
- Analyze campaign performance data and key metrics to refine our outreach strategies, ensuring we meet our goals for engagement and conversion.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in event marketing and a proven ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications to our team:
- Extensive experience in marketing in-person events with a specific focus on driving attendance and audience engagement.
- A solid grasp of digital marketing principles, including content creation and the use of CRM tools or event management software.
- Demonstrated success in building partnerships with influencers, community groups, and media outlets to amplify event visibility.
