What will you be doing?
- Aligning with Clickstop’s Core Values to drive our culture and business forward.
- Owning the email marketing strategy for the US Cargo Control brand.
- Using proactive and innovative approaches to improve performance and explore new opportunities.
- Collaborating with other Clickstop brands to drive their email marketing strategy forward as well.
- Planning and executing email marketing campaigns for US Cargo Control to increase subscriber growth, improve open and click rates, and drive conversions and revenue, utilizing tools like Shopify and Klaviyo.
- Own and execute customer product review strategy to increase customer reviews collected.
- Writing and optimizing email content and blog content that is user-focused and incorporates strategic keywords for enhanced engagement and relevance.
- Collaborating across teams, including brand marketing, PPC, and merchandising, to create cohesive, high-performing marketing strategies.
- Conducting keyword, market, and customer research to inform email marketing content, category navigation, blog content, and SEO strategies.
- Creative copywriting to produce blog articles with informed content, educating readers on product, industry trends, or otherwise related topics.
- Strategize, manage, and execute social media marketing as needed.
- Utilizing data and analytics tools to make informed decisions, evaluate campaign performance, and uncover opportunities for optimization.
- Strategically maintain and grow our US Cargo Control brand product catalog to increase site traffic and revenue. Efficiently and effectively adding products to uscargocontrol.com through research, collaboration, and execution with emphasis on visual merchandising.
- Driving automation and efficiencies by leveraging tools, creating processes, and advancing Clickstop’s digital marketing capabilities.
- Leading innovative projects to enhance overall marketing performance and deliver positive outcomes on website KPIs.
What do we value in this role?
- Expertise in email marketing platforms like Klaviyo or similar tools.
- Microsoft Excel proficiency for analyzing and organizing data.
- Understanding of and experience executing SEO (Search Engine Optimization) tactics.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics/GA4 and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- The ability to balance strategy and execution effectively, working autonomously and owning outcomes.
- A curiosity to innovate and explore new ways to drive marketing success.
