Responsibilities
- Research current market trends to keep our email strategies fresh and effective.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that address customer pain points and support our go-to-market goals.
- Grow our email lists by identifying new, innovative opt-in strategies.
- Create original lead magnets like infographics, videos, and microsites.
- Write and proofread engaging copy that drives lead generation.
- Manage an email calendar to maintain a consistent communication cadence.
- Use automation software to distribute content and ensure all templates are mobile-friendly.
- Analyze campaign performance data to suggest improvements and refine future outputs.
- Collaborate with designers to enhance email layouts and utilize A/B testing for personalization.
- Maintain high data hygiene standards and ensure all communications align with our brand and business objectives.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support events, product launches, and partner collaborations.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Three to five years of professional experience in email marketing within the B2B SaaS sector.
- Hands-on technical proficiency with HTML and CMS platforms.
- Experience using marketing automation tools like Pardot or Marketo.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and SFDC.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional copywriting and copyediting abilities.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and solve them independently.
- Fluency in English.
