Our portfolio includes well-known names such as Klarstein, auna, and blumfeldt, and we currently reach customers in 27 countries through our direct-to-consumer model. We are looking for a Senior Email Marketing Specialist / CRM Lead to join our team in Slovakia on a full-time, on-site basis to help shape the future of our digital marketing efforts.
Key outcomes
- Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies that align with our company-wide goals.
- Manage and coordinate external suppliers and experts to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Lead and motivate a small team to achieve high-performance targets.
- Oversee financial planning and reporting related to email marketing activities.
- Monitor, evaluate, and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and testing results to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new competitive advantages.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing, ideally within a medium or large e-shop environment.
- University education with a specialization in Marketing.
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1) and Slovak (C1).
- Strong technical knowledge of tools such as Emarsys and Braze.
- Solid experience in B2C e-commerce, including customer acquisition, re-engagement, and retention strategies.
- Proficiency in working with databases and various reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving situations.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior knowledge of Bloomreach.
- Proficiency in the German language.
