Role at a glance
This is a Senior level Email Marketing Manager position. It is a Full Time, on-site role based in the United States. You will report directly to the SVP of Marketing and Brand Experience and work alongside a talented group of marketing professionals to elevate our brand engagement.
Your impact
- Define and execute a comprehensive email and SMS strategy that directly supports our broader sales and customer retention goals.
- Drive growth through advanced automation, segmentation, and personalization tactics that deliver the right message to the right person at the right time.
- Analyze campaign performance and conduct rigorous A/B testing to optimize key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and overall revenue attribution.
What you'll need
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience building and scaling cross-functional email and SMS campaigns using modern platforms like Salesforce, Braze, or Dynamics.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, or XML to assist in the creation and refinement of email content.
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing decisions.
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting high-quality, engaging copy.
- A deep understanding of industry best practices, including CAN-SPAM compliance and data privacy regulations.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
