To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience building and scaling cross-functional email and SMS campaigns using modern platforms like Salesforce, Braze, or Dynamics.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and XML, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
- A deep understanding of email marketing best practices, including CAN-SPAM compliance and data privacy regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive informed decision-making.
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading capabilities to ensure all communications are clear and professional.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, e-commerce backgrounds, and familiarity with design tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
